oo3 [Video/Text/Action for Goldenrod]
[Anyone in Goldenrod today who somehow finds their way to an out of the way section of town on the way towards Ilex Forest may just stumble upon a Golduck and a Growlithe leaping around eachother, tossing Water Pulses and Embers like party favors. Not far from them is their trainer, watching with his arms crossed over his chest as the Dratini on his shoulders holds his gear in a loop made of his tail, recording this for further reference later on.
Of course, this hold means the feed following the fight isn't very steady, and since the subjects are already moving so much on their own, anyone watching might have some trouble keeping up with just whats going on. Despite the type difference, the fire-puppy is actually doing a good job of holding her own. She's able to run away from most of the water and dodge a majority of the Psychic blasts, spitting out fire and when close enough, biting down on the Golduck's leg like it's some kind of chew toy. The level difference keeps this from doing much damage, but Hitsugaya still calls an end to the training after about five minutes of recording. Golduck wanders to find a fountain to sit in for a bit, but the Growlithe bounds over to her trainer as he crouches down, putting her front paws on his knees as he considers her, the feed recording the soft look on his face.]
You need a name, don't you.
[It's not a question, but the Growlithe barks in response anyway, leaning up to lick her trainer's chin, and even he can't help but smile the tiniest amount up until he pushes her back down, standing and looking up at the sky with narrowed eyes.]
It's going to rain again.
[That said, he reclaims his gear from his Dratini a moment later and ends the recording. About ten minutes later, however, there is a small text sent out; he's really out of ideas.]
What would be a good name for a fire-type?

[Well, Hina the Growlithe is going to need all the help she can get! And he's not kidding about the names thing; he never named his starter despite being here four month the first time.]

[Well, that's good. Because getting him out of his shell is top priority...boy needs actual friends, you know?]

[ Exactly. And Misaki will do it for Hina's sake, if not for anyone else's, so watch out, Hitsu. ]

[...well, so long as neither attempts to drown him, things should go well enough. Hopefully.]

[ On a side note, that was actually pretty insightful. Seriously, Hitsugaya hasn't failed to make her curious. He's pretty smart for someone so young.

ooc: Oh man once she finds that out, she's going to lose it. She's encountered some who look young for their age, but that is just. ]

[He doesn't know anyone who doesn't have scars and is still alive...not that his kind actually count as alive, really.
ooc: just ridic? Kubo's known for his ridiculous characters, sadly. Including 70+ year olds who look 12.]

[ Her scars are more of a mental thing rather than a physical thing. But all they can do is soldier on, right?
ooc: And his ridiculous logic-defying storyline. (Which isn't always a bad thing, but.) ]

[Yep. Not much else they can do about it, especially here.
ooc: which gets worse before it gets any better. it's a pattern. (but it's frustrating. goes for years and gets nowhere.)]

[ Johto is proving to be a lot more challenging for Misaki, but it sounds like it's a lot less taxing for Hitsu.
ooc: It's a never ending cycle of plot twists and new story arcs. (WHICH REMINDS ME... are you up-to-date with the manga...) ]

[If he ever manages to stop thinking, it will be. Until then...he's given himself a few migraines lately.

[ Her problems are pretty much typical shoujo manga-esque problems so yeah, no bloodshed here. She's probably better off. :|

[Probably much better off. At least she doesn't have to worry about getting her arm and leg sliced off if there's ever a canon update. ...hopefully.
ooc: indeed he will! and a bit of annoyance, too. :3 both times he's been here it's prior to Aizen's defeat. He kinda hates that.]
