--can't believe this...where's that map...
[Evening, Johto. It's about sunset as the video comes on, though it's pretty much by total accident. The owner of this gear, one obviously rumpled and tired Toushiro Hitsugaya, doesn't even notice the thing is recording as he tries to get the map from his bag. Of course, it's useless in the back alleys of Goldenrod, which is where he appears to, and judging from the expression on the face of his Golduck standing behind him, they're lost.
Yep. His sense of direction in a town this large that he's never been to, is absolute crap and he knows it if the expression on his face says anything about that.]
We'll have to turn back. Come on.
[He turns to leave the alleyway and retrace their steps, Golduck right behind him and the flashes of orange fur at his ankle showing his Growlithe is right at his side. But then the puppy stops suddenly, turning to the entrance of another alleyway that the sun is just shining through, growls, and darts into it before her trainer can grab her.]
Hey---tch.
[He chases after his Growlithe, only to stop when he gets halfway to her and appears to see something from the corner of his eye. He turns his head, but before either he or anyone watching can see what caught his attention, a cream streak darts out from the shadows and his Growlithe starts barking again.
Of course, it's too late to do anything about that, and Hitsugaya loses his footing as the streak, obviously some kind of quadrupedal pokémon, lashes out at his face. The gear goes flying from his hand and skitters across the ground, turning off upon impact with something but not before there's a tremendous crash, the sound of breaking glass, and a surprised cry from the young man in the alley. Seems trouble follows him wherever he goes.]

Date: 2011-09-15 08:14 am (UTC)The Growlithe puppy, on the other hand, has recovered enough of her wits to charge at Stitch in defense of her trainer. It seems for a moment that she's going to bite him, but instead she bolts past and grabs HItsugaya's bag, darting back to her trainer before the confusion can kick in again Not that she manages, what with it sending her tumbling head over paws and knocking the boy back down from where he'd been on his hands on knees, trying to shake off his own confusion. But, like Stitch, he's still trying to get up so they can get out of here. He seems to be having better luck, too, what with having a wall behind him for when the disorientation finally wears off.]

Date: 2011-09-18 05:31 am (UTC)[Yes he misses her, no he won't say it aloud. He'll just keep on limping on. Not much choice otherwise, after all.]

Date: 2011-09-18 01:18 pm (UTC)I would - unless he ordered me not to.
{She notices that, and appreciates it muchly.}
{She nods, and turns another corner, and oh look, the Pokemon Center's within sight!}

Date: 2011-09-18 11:19 pm (UTC)[All the while, Stitch's been struggling to get up, but the near constant flow of water makes it hard, leaving him slipping every now and then. He's half-way, on his knees and keeping an eye out for the bag, but getting on his feet seems to be a more difficult task than he ever could have imagined. When the Growlithe darts past, Stitch throws himself at her, grabbing for the bag and succeeding in latching his hard, claw-like nails and tearing up a big hole in it.]

Date: 2011-09-19 06:08 am (UTC)And I doubt it would take you the entire month to get back down to New Bark if he didn't order you to stay put.
[He wouldn't be surprised if it took only two weeks, at that point.
And, yay, pokémon center! ...sort of. He really doesn't care much for hospitals or healer's wards, and it probably shows on his face as they get closer. The nurses are gonna kill him, aren't they?]
[action]
Date: 2011-09-19 06:13 am (UTC)Meanwhile, through the big hole in the cloth, everything in the bag spills out. There's really nothing of value in there; half full bottles of soap, the trainer's manual, an empty bento box, a couple potions, very little money, and hardly enough of anything else to make up for all this trouble. Stitch just had to jump one of the most unsupplied trainers in the area tonight, and unless he wants a four sizes too small for him Dragon Tamer outfit, well, he's outta luck in that respect.]

Date: 2011-09-20 02:22 am (UTC)[Cause he doesn't like being stuck in hospitals, you know? It's part of the tsun thing. Hates people fussing over him. And who said he was worried? Really, Matsumoto...
And, hey, Pokémon Center! ...The nurses are going to either kill him for giving them this much work on one person or they're going to lock him inside for looking like a child and getting so banged up. This is...not gonna be fun. Hence why he stopped all of a sudden.]
{Action}
Date: 2011-09-20 02:53 pm (UTC){Yep, she read his mind.}
{...she's not going to see him for two hours. Dems NPC nurses be thorough.}
{Action}
Date: 2011-09-21 03:41 am (UTC)[She's good at that, really.
Thorough and already on their way over the second Nanao gets them inside the door. Like sharks to fresh blood in the water, really.]
...You might not want to wait here, Ise. I doubt it'll be quick.

Date: 2011-09-21 04:28 am (UTC)But she's still worried, so she'll leave the decision to hang up to him. ]
[action]
Date: 2011-09-21 10:42 pm (UTC)[Stitch, on the other hand, is up on his feet by now, holding one hand against the wall to steady himself. He's disappointed, not to mention angry at this pathetic loot and it won't even nearly cover what he had to go through to get it. But he won't leave empty handed. Confident in that he won't slip, he sets off for the various items scattered across the ground, zeroing in on the money and the potions]
[action]
Date: 2011-09-23 04:44 am (UTC)Not that it's worth it, really; 150P isn't going to buy him much, and it's unlikely those potions will make up for the damage done to his team. Not the most successful haul he's had, that's for sure.]

Date: 2011-09-23 05:28 am (UTC)[Is he speaking from experience? ...Maybe but not in the way she's likely to think. Also, have a sigh.]
I'll call you when they let me out.
[Said as he steps inside, just in time for Matsumoto to see a couple nurses practically descend on him. Aaand, before he can change his mind to handle this himself--yep. End feed.]
{Action}
Date: 2011-09-26 10:37 am (UTC){She's had a while to practise it.}
{And she will relinquish him to them, and wheel over to a slightly out of the way spot to wait for him.}
{Action}
Date: 2011-09-26 12:26 pm (UTC)And hopefully she's got plenty of time, because it's nearly an hour and a half before he finally reappears, hobbling on crutches with one nurse behind him, telling him how to care for that ankle and making sure he minds the bandages. Because there are a lot of those, and if the look on her face is anything to go by, the nurse doesn't want to see him back in here till they're no longer needed. They've enough patients as it is, after all.
When she finally finishes and returns to whatever she'd been doing before hand, Hitsugaya will just be hobbling over, seemingly in a hurry to leave the building. Yeeep. Someone wants out. Badly.]

Date: 2011-09-26 01:23 pm (UTC)Do you want to go to the hotel or my house?
{Action}
Date: 2011-09-26 02:39 pm (UTC)Of course, he wasn't expecting to bust an ankle, so...Yeeep. Just like he thought. Not enough for even one night at the hotel. Great.]
....If you still have room and you'll have me, your house would be preferable.
[Otherwise he's marching right onto the route to Ilex Forest and sleeping in a tree. He's done that before.]
[action] so it's alright that Stitch steals the stuff?
Date: 2011-09-26 11:47 pm (UTC)[Stitch snatches the money and the potions off of the ground, stuffing whatever fits into his pocket. Then, infuriated beyond all reason (because why would you even fight that hard for something so useless?) Stitch forcefully kicks the remaining items in Hitsugaya's direction.]
[action]perfectly fine~ and can I just say that this has been awesome? :3
Date: 2011-09-27 02:57 am (UTC)It's more the principle of the thing that had him fighting so hard, really. He's a scrappy one, though once he realizes what Stitch has just stuffed into his pockets, all he does is give the other trainer a very icy glare. That stuff isn't worth a fight, and he's got a team to pull together and get out of this alleyway before something else happens. No sense in picking a bigger fight that he's sure to lose. Especially with an opponent that furious.]
{Action}
Date: 2011-09-27 02:12 pm (UTC)You might have to room with someone - I have two other people staying with me, but it should be okay.
{Looking worriedly at his ankle, and then back at his face, and then down again, and then to Kiyone.}
It's a fair walk - I could have Kiyone teleport us back if it's going to be too much of a strain on your ankle.
{Action}
Date: 2011-09-28 03:48 am (UTC)And, frankly, so long as there's a roof, he's fine with roommates at the moment. What he's not fine with is the idea of teleporting, so he'll just be setting off now. Really, he's fine.]
I'll manage. I'd prefer to learn the way sooner rather than later, anyway.
