Lvl 100, Male, Naughty _{(Raises Attack, Lowers S.Defense)}, Water 1 and Field Egg Groups, Cloud Nine _{(Dissipates all weather effects)}.

Summary: Hitsu's first starter, Mizumaru tried to drown Hitsu when he evolved. It was a prank, but when the duck learned that Hitsu couldn't swim, he started becoming just a little protective of his trainer. He didn't receive a name until Nanao inherited him, but he was still glad to go back to his first trainer anyway. Probably somewhere in Kanto by now.
